  1. i was looking forward to giving this effect another try after using it a while back. but now when i load it on my (other) pc i get a crackling noise that wont go away. i tried adjusting my latency,playing with the knobs, etc.., but no joy. :(
    if anyone knows if i can fix it or is there is another tool that does this, please let me know. thanks :)
